PAYMENT
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
When ordering via our website, add your items to the cart, checkout and process payment via credit / debit card.
If you'd like to place a custom order, email us at [email protected] and we will send you bank details or our Pay Pal instructions for payment.
Please note that items will only be made once payment has been received (if a custom order).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment via the following methods
• Credit Card
• Bank Deposit (NZ customers only)
• Store Issued Gift Cards

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars

SHIPPING
• We use a courier to ship packages so are unable to send to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address to send your order to
• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow your parcel on it's journey to you

FREE for all orders $100 & over
$5.50 FLAT RATE Non-rural, Tracked Courier
$9.00 FLAT RATE Rural Delivery, Tracked Courier

All parcels are sent via NZ Post. If you have any special instructions for the courier, please leave us a comment in the checkout notes. Please note we take no responsibility if your parcels go missing or are damaged if you choose to not sign for them.
We aim for delivery within 3-4 business days, however once in the hands of the courier this is out of our control. Please allow additional delivery time for rural addresses.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
For premade items - we aim to ship your goods the following business day after your order has been placed, Monday - Thursday. All orders placed Friday-Sunday will be sent the following Monday.
For custom orders - you will be notified of the wait time when placing your order. During busy periods this may be a 2-week turnaround.
We do not ship on Public Holidays, parcels will be sent on the next business day.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS?
We use NZ Post to ship all items. Tracked postage is calculated and included within your shipping cost, as this way we're able to update you on where your parcel is.
Rural delivery incurs an additional charge. Please choose this option when checking out.
