Returns and Exchanges

We understand that buying online can make it tricky to get the right size and fit when you cannot physically see and feel the item.
We are more than happy to answer any questions about sizing before you place your order. You can either contact us via email, our contact page, Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM and we will work with you to check measurements and advise on the best size for your child. We have a Size Chart available which shows the standard sizes our garments are made to. Please ask for this if you need any clarification!

WHAT DO I DO IF IT DOESN'T FIT?
As our items are made by hand, and in many instances made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of minds or incorrect size so please choose carefully.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED/FAULTY
We work really hard to ensure that every item that leaves us is made and finished to the highest level, and check all items again when we package them to send.

If for any reason an item reaches you that you are not happy with, please contact us immediately and describe the problem, as well as send us a photo if possible.
While we cannot offer exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes, we will replace anything damaged / faulty.
All damaged/faulty items must be returned to us within 10 days of purchase and in the same condition as which you received it, tags, labels and packaging must be returned with the item too.
We recommend you return your item via a traceable shipping option as we cannot issue your refund if your item goes missing on its return to us.
